Expedited Shipping (US): 1–2 business days – Calculated at checkout based on carrier rates (typically $15–$25).

Local Pick-Up: Available at our Guilford, CT store—choose “Pick-Up In-Store” at checkout; orders ready within 24 hours

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

Ella, where She shops is not responsible for lost/damaged packages if delivery was confirmed by the carrier.
