  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding holidays.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

2. Shipping Options & Rates

  • Standard Shipping (US): 3–5 business days – Flat rate $8.95 free for orders over $150.00

  • Expedited Shipping (US): 1–2 business days – Calculated at checkout based on carrier rates (typically $15–$25).

  • Local Pick-Up: Available at our Guilford, CT store—choose “Pick-Up In-Store” at checkout; orders ready within 24 hours

3. International Shipping

  • We currently ship to Canada and select international destinations.

  • Rates & delivery times vary—calculated automatically at checkout.

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Ella, where She shops is not responsible for lost/damaged packages if delivery was confirmed by the carrier.

  • We recommend shipping insurance and signature confirmation for higher-value orders.

5. Returns & Exchanges

    • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

    • Items must be unused, with tags/packaging intact.
