We want you to absolutely love what you find at Ella. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how to make a return:

In-Store Returns

• Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
• Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.
• Store credit only will be issued for eligible returns.
• Sale items, jewelry, accessories, and seasonal items are final sale.

Online Returns

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.
• Email us at hello@ellawheresheshops.com to request a Return Authorization (RA).
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
• Once approved, you may choose store credit or an exchange.
