Return Policy

At Ella, Where She Shops, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

**Conditions for Returns:**

1. **Unused and Unworn:** Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.
2. **Original Packaging:** All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and undamaged.  The special online purchase tag must also be intact.

3. **Receipt or Proof of Purchase:** You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase for all returns.

**Non-Returnable Items:**

The following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Underwear or swimwear 
- Items marked as final sale

**Return Process:**

1. **Initiate Return:** To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 203-453-4799 within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. **Return Authorization:** Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item(s).

3. **Packaging:** Please securely package the item(s) in the original packaging, including all tags and labels.

4. **Shipping:** You are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item(s).

5. **Inspection and Refund:** Once we receive the returned item(s) and inspect them for compliance with our return policy, we will process your refund or exchange within [number] business days.
